Thanks for this awesome troubleshooting guide!
I was able to verify that there was no voltage going to the motor, which led me back to the contactor.
I bypassed the thermostat, temporarily, to see if I could get the contactor to turn the blower on, but no luck.
I took out the contactor, and noticed that moving or shaking it produced a metallic clanking sound, as if a quarter was loose in there! That's a sure sign of a busted spring, or the relay arm may have come loose.
New contactor, $32 and 1 hour later, back up and running.
