The COMFORT 80 (BW1 & BW2) units can be used on either water or steam systems. They have an electronic vent damper for energy savings, durable titanium composite burners, and a cast iron heat exchanger. They are available as standing pilot (not recommended) or with electronic ignition for energy savings. The PERFORMANCE 84 SERIES (BW3) units are induced draft units for easier installation and a little higher efficiency than the COMFORT line. They are for water systems only, have a standard intermittent pilot system and are backed by a good guarantee.

The PERFORMANCE 96 SERIES (BW9) units have an efficiency of up to 90% and can be vented with pvc pipe for ease of installation. They have a cast aluminum heat exchanger which is lighter and more energy efficient. The brand is a part of UNITED TECHNOLOGIES but their warranty is not as good as some of the brands in the high efficiency category. The units are available in the USA and Canada but only through their authorized dealer network.

This brand is made in Croatia and is sold in Europe. The EKO-CUP M3 units are available in six sizes to match the heating requirements of your home. They are three pass steel boilers but their website does not have a stated guarantee for the units.

These units are made in Turkey and are sold worldwide. The EKO SG series features refractory lined heat exchangers and they are available in a wide range of sizes. Their website is not much help and does not have a stated guarantee for their products.

These high efficiency boilers are made in Italy. The MYdens C units are wall-mounted and feature modulating controls with outdoor reset control for added energy savings. They have a unique titanium/stainless steel C.R.V. heat exchanger. The guarantee on the units (especially the heat exchanger) is not very good when compared to other brands.
